Local Existing Home Sales
Did you know that local existing home sales were up +36% from February to March and up +25% from March 2011. The first quarter of 2012 has existing home sales up +18% compared to the first quarter of 2011. Translation, it's a great time to buy and sell real estate in North Texas!
